Where can I get it delivered?
lunettes-a-trous.com uses shipping partners who cover all of mainland France (including Corsica). You can choose to have your orders delivered to your home or to a pickup point. Deliveries to European Union countries are also possible via our partner, La Poste Colissimo. Currently, only French overseas territories are not served by our partner.
What are the delivery methods?
Your orders from lunettes-a-trous.com are shipped via our partner La Poste Colissimo and require a signature upon delivery. You can choose to have them delivered to a pickup point. Chronopost express delivery is currently unavailable.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs vary depending on the
weight of your package. In addition, lunettes-a-trous.com offers free delivery to a relay point for purchases over €75.
What are the usual delivery times?
At a La Poste Colissimo pickup point: 24 to 48 hours
In France: 2 to 4 business days
In Europe: 3 to 7 business days
Satisfied or refunded
Are you not satisfied with your order or have you changed your mind?
In accordance with current legislation (right of withdrawal), you have a period of 15 days (from the date of receipt of your order) to return your order to us and thus obtain an exchange or a refund.
However, return conditions apply:

It must be new. It must not have been used, it must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and spare parts.
- If the packaging has a seal,
It must be in pristine condition. If the product does not have seals, it must not have been used or tampered with.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the refusal of the product return.
